His fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry was completed at the University of Arkansas Medical Center. Dr. Azhar provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.

Dr. Frank received his master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University & his master of Public Health degree from Yale University. She received her Master of Science from The Univeristy of Texas at Austin and her Bachelors of Arts in International Affairs from Northeastern University. Michelle has a passion for serving the LGBTQIA community and individuals with disabilities, with a special focus on autism and ADHD. Her professional experience includes providing complex trauma therapy to adolescents and young adults experiencing homelessness. She works with individuals and couples, including older adults, to navigate life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, emotion/mood regulation, and self-esteem through a combination of EMDR, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. She takes a relational and anti-oppressive approach to therapy with the belief that each client is the expert in their own experience.
