Michelle has a passion for serving the LGBTQIA community and individuals with disabilities, with a special focus on autism and ADHD. Her professional experience includes providing complex trauma therapy to adolescents and young adults experiencing homelessness. She works with individuals and couples, including older adults, to navigate life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, emotion/mood regulation, and self-esteem through a combination of EMDR, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. She takes a relational and anti-oppressive approach to therapy with the belief that each client is the expert in their own experience.
