Dr. Muhammad Azhar is a Double Board-Certified Child & Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Azhar earned his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College in Multan, Pakistan & completed his psychiatry residency at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. His fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry was completed at the University of Arkansas Medical Center. Dr. Azhar provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.
Stephen Max Becker, MD
Dr. S. Max Becker is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. Dr. Becker received his bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Massachusetts. His Doctorate of Medicine is from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his psychiatry residency at East Tennessee State University & served as Chief Resident for two years. Dr. Becker provides treatment to adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.
Bradford Frank, MD, MPH, MBA
Dr. Bradford Frank is a Triple Board-Certified Adult, Geriatric & Addiction Psychiatrist. Dr. Frank graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed his residencies in family medicine & psychiatry at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Frank received his master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University & his master of Public Health degree from Yale University. Dr. Frank provides treatment to adults & geriatric patients.
Ryan Greene, MD
Dr. Ryan Greene is a Board-Certified General Psychiatrist. Dr. Greene received her bachelor of Science in Public Health from Clemson University. Her Doctorate of Medicine is from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine & served as Chief Resident from 2017-2018. She has a special interest in psychosis and treatment-resistant etiologies. Dr. Greene provides treatment to adolescents (13+), adults, & geriatric patients.
Thomas Peterson, MD

Tim Peterson, MD
Dr. Timothy Peterson is a Board-Certified Addiction Medicine & Family Medicine Specialist. Dr. Peterson graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Medicine. He also completed his family medicine residency there. Extra training in psychiatry was obtained at the University of North Dakota. He has a special interest in seeing patients with addiction disorders. Dr. Peterson provides treatment to adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.
Matthew Pitera, MD
Dr. Matthew Pitera is a Double Board-Certified Child & Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Pitera earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry: New Jersey Medical School. He then served as the Administrative Chief Resident & Chief Resident in the psychiatry department at the same school, before completing his Child & Adolescent Fellowship there. Dr. Pitera provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.

Kele Ferreira is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant. She received a bachelor of Applied Sciences Physician Assistant degree from Miami-Dade College in Florida and her master of Medical Science degree from Saint Francis University, in Pennsylvania, and she is a former Fellow at Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center. Kele is fascinated by the intricacies of interpersonal relationships, and enthusiastic about meaningful exchanges with her patients. Alexis Griffin is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant. Alexis completed a mental health rotation at the VA in Baton Rouge. This gave Alexis a wealth of experience in providing treatment for the military and veteran populations. Jasmine Allen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Jasmine has extensive experience working with dual diagnoses, to include anxiety, depression, loss, family challenges, trauma, mediation, and ADHD. She has also worked with hospice patients and their families to help individuals develop strategies and techniques for grief. Jasmine has additional experience in military-related trauma, having served on active duty in the United States Air Force. Modalities that she specializes in are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Bailey Alvarez, LCSW
Bailey Alvarez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her master’s degree at the University of Southern California. Bailey is experienced in providing therapeutic services to all ages, & works in areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief/loss, suicide prevention, & family & relationship challenges. Bailey views the healing process as a collaborative endeavor that is dependent upon honest caring with absence of judgment. Treatment modalities that Bailey has been trained in & uses the most in treatment include eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, play therapy, & grief & trauma therapy. Gwen Cedfeldt, MSW, LCSW
Gwen Cedfeldt is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She received her master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Buffalo. Gwen specializes in the areas of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ identity topics. She utilizes EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), and ego-state therapy. Anne Chambers, LCSW
Anne Chambers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University. Anna has worked in outpatient, inpatient, community mental health, and home health, and in professional organization settings. Jennifer Fetsch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master’s degree from the University of North Dakota and has been practicing for over 12 years. Jennifer’s treatment areas include working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Trainings include TFCBT, DBT, EMDR, and she also holds her Registered Play Therapy Certification. She takes a prescriptive approach when treating individuals.
