Dr. Muhammad Azhar is board-certified in child & adolescent, as well as general psychiatry. Dr. Azhar earned his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College in Multan, Pakistan & completed his psychiatry residency at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. His fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry was completed at the University of Arkansas Medical Center. Dr. Azhar provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.

Dr. Bradford Frank is a triple board-certified psychiatrist. Dr. Frank graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine & completed his residencies in family medicine & psychiatry at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Frank received his Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University & his Master of Public Health degree from Yale University. Dr. Frank provides treatment to adults & geriatric patients.

Tim Peterson, MD

Dr. Timothy Peterson is a board-certified addiction medicine & family medicine specialist. Dr. Peterson graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Medicine & also completed his family medicine residency there. Extra training in psychiatry was obtained at the University of North Dakota. He has a special interest in seeing patients with addiction disorders, & provides treatment to adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.

Dr. Matthew Pitera is board-certified in child & adolescent, as well as general, psychiatry. Dr. Pitera earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry: New Jersey Medical School. He then served as the Administrative Chief Resident & Chief Resident in the psychiatry department at the same school before completing his Child & Adolescent Fellowship there. Dr. Pitera provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.

Jamie has been practicing in an outpatient setting for three years & previously provided mental health services in an inpatient setting for ten years. Jamie's treatment areas include depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, grief/loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, & interpersonal & relationship issues. She is trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Marisa Moon is a licensed clinical social worker. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah & has been working as a LCSW since 2015. Marisa's treatment areas include working with women experiencing domestic violence, suicide prevention, anger management, eating disorders, teens & adults with developmental disabilities, the LBGTQ-AI population, hospice, military personnel, military families, & trauma victims of all kinds. Marisa has two years of experience working for the military at Hills Air Force Base as a civilian mental health professional, & continues to work with active & retired military. With this population she has experience treating severe PTSD, military sexual trauma, addiction, & burnout. She has also developed a course of treatment that has been successful in treating loss of identity issues after leaving the military. Marisa uses Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), & many other evidence-based therapies. Marisa provides treatment to children ages 8+, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.

Bailey Alvarez, LCSW

Bailey Alvarez is a licensed clinical social worker. She completed her master's degree at the University of Southern California. Bailey is experienced in providing therapeutic services to all ages, & works in areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief/loss, suicide prevention, & family & relationship challenges. Bailey views the healing process as a collaborative endeavor that is dependent upon honest caring with absence of judgment. Treatment modalities that Bailey has been trained in & uses the most in treatment include eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, play therapy, & grief & trauma therapy. Prior to working with RPA, Bailey worked at a sexual assault & trauma agency in North Carolina that served the community & local military members, & most recently worked at a local hospital in Idaho providing outpatient counseling services. Bailey provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients. Bailey provides services at Rural Psychiatry Associates via telemedicine.
