Dr. Azhar earned his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College in Multan, Pakistan & completed his psychiatry residency at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. His fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry was completed at the University of Arkansas Medical Center. Dr. Azhar provides treatment to children, adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.

Elle utilizes several modalities, including CBT and DBT, and likes to use solution-focused, harm reduction, and other person-centered collaborative approaches to treatment. Treatment areas are anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD, infertility issues, grief and loss, and working with co-occurring substance use disorders. Elle provides treatment to adolescents, adults, & geriatric patients.
